Business Development Manager.
Aerospace experience is vital, with a good knowledge of the UK and European markets. Must have a proven track record of delivering sales growth with both new and existing customers. A second European language would be advantageous although not essential. Remote working is possible.
Trainee Business Development Manager.

Customer Account Executive
We are looking for a highly motivated and determined self starter to identify and develop new relationships with potential customers and create new opportunities. This role can be remote based. A second European language would be advantageous but not essential. Working closely with the Sales and Commercial team the successful candidate will create opportunities by opening the door to companies new to Beagle.
The right candidate needs to be a good communicator with good people skills.
Our growing company is looking for a talented and results-driven Supervisor to manage workflow at our facility. The ideal candidate should have experience organising work groups, coaching employees, monitoring progress, enforcing rules, and ensuring quality compliance at all times. You must possess strong communication and leaderships skills as well as the ability to resolve workplace issues effectively. The Supervisor will be excited about guiding, training, and supporting their team members and is highly motivated to help our company fulfil its larger mission. The successful candidate will be people-focused, supportive, and flexible in order to get the most of the team. You should also be a natural leader that is focused on inspiring employees to own their work and deliver better results.
Sheet Metal Worker
You will assist with the production of sheet details to customer drawings and tooling. You will be responsible for reading and following an engineering planning sheet and be open to supporting other departments following relevant training. The ideal candidate will be self motivated and available to work other or extra shifts as required. A desire to manufacture detailed parts within a timeframe given by a Supervisor, matching required standards is crucial to this role.
A position has arisen in our treatment facility in Christchurch for an experienced Aircraft painter to perform spray painting of aircraft details. Background in aerospace spray painting is essential. You must be able to read engineering drawing follow specifications and be part of the team in maintaining company standards. Capable of working with verbal and/or written instructions with minimal supervision. Computer skills desired but not required. Able to follow company procedures for all aspects of paint finishing.
Reporting to the Estimating & CAD Manager, the Estimating Engineer will assume and discharge the responsibility for breaking down customer enquiries into labour hours, material values and tooling costs for the purpose of quotations to customers.
